Kiran John
Co-founder and
Managing Director
Co-founder and Managing Director at Terapact. Kiran has over 18 years of global technology and consulting experience across US, EMEA and APAC. Prior to founding Terapact, Kiran worked with Indegene as CMO/Global Head of Marketing, SCIO Health Analytics (Sequoia funded, and acquired by EXL) as Head of Marketing, and Frost & Sullivan where he led digital transformation initiatives for several fortune 1000 companies.
Kiran has a Masters in International Management from the Strathclyde Business School (UK) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Bangalore University.
Abhishek Jain

Co-Founder of Terapact, Abhishek is a Cx technology evangelist and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and advisory of enterprise technology applications & solutions. His focus has been towards delivering key business outcomes globally across companies in the United States, EMEA and APAC in hospitality, technology, healthcare and real-estate verticals.
With a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business (Finance & Marketing), Indiana University - Bloomington, Abhishek brings a diverse outlook to any project or business mandate. He currently lives in Bangalore, India with his wife and son and derives passion out of travel, reading, music, cricket and mixed martial arts.
